All is dark and quiet outside the cell...so far. * Nathan raises an eyebrow at Mitsuo * Dylan looks around * Feray grins and looks about, glad to be free.. ^^; * Erellisae blinks, momentarily shaken out of her reverie, before she stands up. C'mon...^^; We're not out of the woods yet. He'll awaken soon. Which way do we go? Good question * Jalanda arises from her position by the wall where she had been waiting patiently, and steps outside the cell. "You were a bit faster than I expected." * Mitsuo blinks at Jalanda. Let's see about geting our stuff back if we can * Erellisae growls under her breath, before walking out the cell past Mitsuo and looking for a likely path to take. Aha.... Well, this is nice... but I hope you have some sort of plan here. * Nathan stands up and dusts himself off Sailor has a plan. How did you get the keys Mitsuo? * Feray raises an eyebrow at Erel. I uh...sort of knocked Gantz out. ^^; Easy there, girl....you might melt the floor. Perhaps holding the captain hostage would prevent unneeded combat? * Nathan applauds Mitsuo lightly ^_^ Nicely done :) * Mitsuo blushes, "Yeah, if he's still unconcious. I wasn't able to tie him up like I wanted. No twine...I'm still kicking myself over that." * Jalanda smoothes out her robe, adjusting her right sleeve so it is not too pretentiously obvious. "Let us worry about escape first. Danger looms, and our time is short." Agreed Careful, Mitsuo, he might've liked it. ^^; Knocked Gantz out....? Heh... nice goin', kid. * Erellisae starts to head down a likely-looking passage, focusing magic in her hands as she walks off. Her growl is still going. o_O * Mikari slaps him hard on the shoulders. ^^ ...Erel! O_o What the heck are you doing? * Feray sighs and heads into a trot behind Erel, grabbing her by the shoulder. Wait up. Let's get moving, find our gear, and get out of here...somehow * Mitsuo is slapped on the shoulder and urks a bit, "Erhm. ^^; Thanks." * Nathan heads out of the cell, looking around for the party's gear Outside the cell, an unconscious guard is slumped... Across from the cell is a locked door. Syri will recognize it. * Erellisae struggles for a short moment, before looking back at Feray, a little bundle of fury. "Don't stop me! They hurt us all!" Next to the cell is another door, with no apparent lock. * Jalanda takes an appraisal of the lower deck, making sure the guardsman is still out for awhile yet. * Dylan follows the others, trying to keep an eye out for crew members Uh, yeah. But if you don't calm down, you will too. * Nathan takes interest in the locked door first Jalanda finds that the guard is VERY unconscious. :D And snoring rather loudly. * Mitsuo hands Nathan the brass key, "Think this'll fit this door too?" Maybe * Feray keeps an eye on the others as she has a heart to heart with Erel ^^; * Nathan tries the key and the lock * Erellisae calms a little, and stops trying to struggle. She still looks rather pissed off, and sulks as the others look around. * Feray releases Erel and eyes her, getting closer so the others can't hear. She leans down to whisper something to the irate girl. The key does not fit that particular lock, unfortunately.... * Mikari starts to look about, assessing the overall situation.... No dice. Next door * Jalanda nods in vague approval to nothing in particular, and search the guard for any type of keyring he might possess. ^^ * Feray straightens and heads to Nathan's side... * Nathan tries the unlocked door And behind door number two..! * Mitsuo keeps a weary eye out. No keyring on this guard, just one key, that looks exactly like the key to the brig... Ha... The door opens with a creak of hinges, revealing a dark room with some jumbled piles on the floor. Hmm...time to poke around Mysterious dark mounds! * Erellisae blinkblinks as Feray walks off, then subsides out of her sulk, looking off down the passages before moving back to the party, not saying anything. * Nathan tries to find anything recognizeable Eh? What's 'is? *starts to cautiously inspect the piles...* A quick glance at the bundles reveals the party's confiscated weaponry! Score! Oh hey....Mr. Pointy. ...Jackpot. ^_^ * Nathan starts throwing bits and piecea at their respective owners * Jalanda lifts the key quietly from the man, placing it inside her robe discreetly... never can be too careful. * Feray heads to her weapons and gets them sorted. She strokes the shaft of her spear, where she has carved into the base of the length 'Mr. Pointy' jaggedly. * Dylan hefts his mace worriedly.. * Mitsuo grabs his rings, "Excellent!" Just as the group starts re-arming themselves, the ship suddenly shudders....all is still and quiet for a moment, then there is a shout of warning from the lookout. Mr. Pointy? ^_- * Mikari grabs her grappling hook and knife, swinging both around in a couple of intertwining loops to enjoy the reposession. That's not good Sure. ^^; What? I love my wea-...ack. What was that? * Nathan heads to take a peek ...What the? He couldn't have woken up that fast...! * Erellisae grabs her mace, which flares just slightly as it responds to the magic Erellisae is still channeling slightly. * Jalanda makes her way to the room slowly, then lurches to the side mid step. Let's go, guys. Stay sharp folks. We might be in trouble again * Feray nods and heads for topside.. * Mitsuo follows closely behind the others. * Mikari quickly sheathes her knife and belts her whip and puts her guard up, joining the rest. * Dylan follows Feray, frowning The pirates are groggy and hungover from their celebration the night before of having captured another ship, so they are sluggish in responding. But as the party exits onto the deck, they see the dawn's light breaking over the prow of another ship! Woah.. . o O (Could be good, could be bad) * Erellisae follows the others at a rather faster gait, getting just slightly ahead of the party. Her magic flares slightly. It is a beautiful, old fashioned ship, with full sails marked with a skull and a winged sword. Another pirate ship? O_o Grappling hooks have been attached to the rails of Gantz's ship. * Jalanda hurredly contnues after everyone to the deck... Oh great. ...Oookaay. And women are sliding down onto the ship and leaping over, yelling wildly and swinging their swords! * Mikari lets a mischievious grin crawl across her face while she thinks about all the fun things they can do to a sleeping pirate or two. * Dylan starts to chant his earth charm Not good * Feray raises both eyebrows. ... Women, huh? Female pirates. That's pretty cool. Oh, dammitall, leave us OUT of this one.... Depends if this results in the same outcome as before Pirates are Pirates, they are rarely nice people. Maybe we can just hide in barrels or something. Yeah, that's it. ^^ A furious battle has begun, but no one has yet noticed our heroes...a moment later, however, they hear angry roaring from behind them. Gantz has woken up, and he's heading this way! Pfft. Don't stereotype-... Ack! But if we look like we're helping them take out the pirates, then--... Scatter o_o ...this is uenxpected... * Mitsuo erks, "...Ugly woke up..." * Erellisae positively snarls and starts to concentrate her magic for a spell, looking highly annoyed. There you go, Erel! There's your target! Don't encourage her, Feray! O_o I'm starting to wonder if one of those pirates was rabid or something! O_o Footsteps pound up the stairs behind them, and then the door is flung open, nearly knocking them over! Gantz stands there, livid with anger. His gaze lights on Mitsuo. * Jalanda backpedals from the doorway in a slight blur of motion. * Dylan turns to Gantz, still chantly softly Hi ^_^ * Mitsuo waves mockingly to Gantz, "Hello. ^_-' Hey there, loverboy. * Feray whistles lowly to Gantz. What did I say about liability, now? Don't you think you have bigger problems that us right now Captain? ^_^ Yeah...like your dental health? God damn....you could kill people with that breath. * Erellisae chants, murmuring under her breath, a silvery-white light between her palms. Gantz growls and is about to throw himself at Mitsuo, but suddenly he erks, seeing the battle raging on his deck! At the same time, Erellisae growls and lets loose a spell! HOWL! * Nathan acks and shies away from Erel's spell o_O * Erellisae flings her hands out, sending gale winds down towards Gantz. * Jalanda lowers her head a moment, as Erel gets her aforementioned chance. [Gantz] GRrrrkkk! O_o He dodges, but does not entirely miss the spell. The winds catch him by the legs, slamming him painfully to the deck of the ship. Gantz snarls, then starts to get to his feet. * Mikari arms her knife and makes a mocking gesture at Gantz. " 'Out of our way, freckle-boy." Make your choice Captain. Us or your attackers * Feray steps slightly closer to Mitsuo, brandishing Mr. Pointy threateningly. * Mitsuo nods, "...I think you have bigger worries now." * Erellisae has got tears in her eyes. "Take that! Don't hurt my friends...!" ;_; Yeah. Listen to the smart people. . o O (Where's Rion anyway?) * Jalanda looks behind her to the battle going on. "Is it not a Captain's duty to his ship first and foremost?" The lady pirates around the deck whoop while fighting, shouting battle cries and laughing. The pirates seem to be getting the worst of it. Then another women leaps onto the deck, landing a few feet away from the party. She is wearing a loose white shirt, black trousers, black leather boots, a bandanna, and an eyepatch. Um...hi. Don't mind us ^_^ [Gantz] You fraggin' kids! You mess with me, you're gonna get it bad! *he looks at Jalanda and snarls* Don't tell me how to run my ship! * Mitsuo shakes his head, "You're a fool." You messed with us first! * Jalanda bows out of the way to elt Gantz see the lady pirate. "Then perhaps she will." . o O (Wait for it...wait for it...) HEY! *Ducks and erks as a pirate woman slashes merrily at him from behind!* * Erellisae starts to concentrate again, a dull red glow appearing between her hands. Watch out! Go lady, go! * Mitsuo claps ^^ * Nathan looks for an opening to escape Gantz seems distracted by the attack now... :P The lady pirate who just arrived catches sight of the heroes, and she draws her cutlass! Lily suddenly REALLY hopes Triun doesn't find out exactly who she was attacking. ^^;; ...yes...this...is my mother.. Uh...I guess I shouldn't mention I'm Mitsuo... ^^;;; * Mitsuo starts shing away * Erellisae blinkblinks, and sweatdrops. "Uhm..." * Nathan waves at Feray's mom ^_^; * Syri kwuus and hisses slightly at Triun. Ms. Lily, shall we get to your ship.. and discuss this over something to drink? [Lily] Uhhhh.....should we perhaps, take this to my ship? * Jalanda bows respectfully. "You possess quite the crew. A pleasure to meet you both." Good idea ^_^ * Triun scowls and then perks, waving to Nathan and not too subtly sizing him up. One's as good as any other.. since it seems you have two, now. ....oh dear gods. [Milda] Good plan, Dylan! *Goes over and claps him heartily on the back, almost bowling him over.* SO good to see ya! ..Can I have this one? Yes. Let's, uh, go. * Dylan staggers from the clap.. I heard ya disappeared, or retired, or something.... * Nathan squirms out from Triun's gaze ^_^; * Rion rubs his hands together, and gets an ambitious look.. * ..sweet.. The note on the restaurant said she was on holiday. :D Lily turns to Mikari. [Lily] Oh, well, about that... ^^;; * Triun continues to hold onto Feray's ear, scowling at her. "Have you been eating? You're as thin as a rake? How about sleeping? Dear spirits, child." * Feray sighs.. ^^;; * Jalanda looks at Dylan, then at Feray, wondering what this may portend. ^^; Finally she takes a few steps towards Mitsuo. Restaurant? *turns to Lily* Ya have a restaurant? ^_^ Haha... [Lily] I suppose you've heard about the awful troubles they were having with pirates around here. So I got together a few of my old friends and a few new crewmembers, and we came out to the Narrow Sea to see what we could do about it... [Lily] And yes, I have a restaurant. I'm one of the finest cooks in Messina! ^_^ ...And you thought we were with Gantz, huh? ^^; Gantz actually attacked us... * Nathan just listens for a while, absorbing all of this * Triun releases Feray's ear and gazes around at the party curiously. "You'll have to tell me all about your friends. And why you had your mother worried sick." ..yes mother.. ^^; * Mitsuo still doesn't notice Jalanda. ^^: * Jalanda puts her left hand softly upon Mitsuo's shoulder. * Mitsuo blinks, and turns around, "...Jalanda?" * Triun notices Dylan and brightens. Mitsuo, may we speak after the plesantries are done? I have a question for you. Ooh, you'll have to tell me about this handsome young man... * Dylan recoils from Truin's ggaze * Erellisae blinks. "You'll... give us the ship?" ...Uh...Sure Jalanda. ...make the hurting stop.. * Nathan represses a grin [Milda] Er, Triun...? * Triun grins widely at Dylan, looking spunky yet scary at the same time. ^^ Hmm? ^^ Yes yes? [Milda] Mebbe we kin discuss this on board the ship. ^^ Yer daughter looks a mite....tired! Very tired...soooo tired.. ^^;;; ...Ha... Finest cook... people get a bit odd when they retire... or whatever you call what you're doin' now. * Jalanda withdraws the hand, smiling faintly. "Yes, we have all had a very harrowing several hours." * Triun turns to regard Feray and nods. "She does! Alright, daughter, but you are not getting out of my sight!" Lily jumps aboard the ramp that some of her crew have extended from her ship. [Lily] Come on, come on! Everyone aboard! *Wide grin* * Dylan wanders over to the side of the ship nearest Lily's craft, in a desperate attempt not to stand on deck all day.. * Erellisae zips in circles around the rather large group, seemingly on a high from all the reunions. ^^; "Come on come on! I wanna see the ship!" :D * Mitsuo shakes his head, "What a weird day..." * Dill lands in Erel's hair and clings on. Lily starts to walk up the ramp, not waiting for the others. * Nathan follows the group, grinning all the way ^_^ * Mitsuo heads to Lily's ship. * Feray casts Nathan a dark look, silently pleading for help as she walks along with her mother... * Dylan walks along the ramp, arms held out for balane. * Erellisae skids to a halt by Mitsuo, and grins slightly manically. "Not weird. Adventurous!" ^_^ With that, she zips off, following Lily. As they all arrive on the ship, Lily spins about, spreading her arms wide. [Lily] Welcome to the Sweet Revenge, everyone! ...how ironically fitting.. ^^; * Nathan notes the look, and walks over to Triun, "So you;re the woman Feray's been talling me so much about?" ^_^ ^^; Eh, how about both? *Chuckles* * Jalanda sniffs at the air. "That dish is usually served cold... but I smell a warm meal to come." * Triun blinks and grins at Nathan. "Telling you about her famous mother, huh? It's good to see my daughter keeping such wonderful company. Feray! Who is this young man?" .... ....his name is Nathan.....he's a sailor..... ^^; * Erellisae blinks at Lily, and is then poking and prodding anything she can get her hands on, looking raptly around. "Wow..." :D He, uh, likes to wrestle fish...and he's not available for marriage. Howdy do ma'am? ^_^ * Mitsuo looks around the ship quietly. Lily chuckles at Erellisae. [Lily] Just don't fall overboard! * Triun raises an eyebrow craftily at her daughter and then grins at Nathan. "Quite fine now, Nathan! You must tell me how my daughter has been behaving, the little lost waif that she is!" * Feray rubs her neck and shuffles her feet.. ^^; Lily wanders off to order some people about, heading in the general direction of the galley to get food for her guests. * Rion eyes the surroundings. * She's been looking after us pretty well ma'am. ^_^ * Jalanda walks behind Dylan, making sure he boards alright. ^^ * Dylan finds a sturdy barrel to sit upon.. * Mikari looks a little annoyed at Triun's assuming reaction to Nathan and shakes her head. Well yes....she always was one to take care of people! ^_^ There was this one time-- * Erellisae grins at Rion. "We got our own ship!" :D No there wasn't. Now, dear, let me tell the story of-- Ahem. Milda takes a sit between Dylan and Mikari, grinning widely. [Milda] So where'd you whippersnappers wash in from? * Triun scowls and puts Feray in a headlock. ^^; Yeah. Rockin', huh? Just think about what new places can be discovered with it! Grrk. O_o Hollinger Point.. Hollinger Bay.. The Cape of Hollinger... We were travelling from the Summit at Chandarinos. Milda chuckles at Rion. [Milda] Ambitious lad, aren'tcha? * Erellisae hmphs. "I think Baran Bay sounds better." :D As ambitious as they get, ma'am. ^^; Milda guffaws loudly. [Milda] I like yer attitude, kid! * Feray pries herself loose of her mom. "Eheheh...okay then.. well.. Nathan...this is my mother....try not to let her get behind you..." ^^; Right ^_^ Lily goes off in search of food for her guests, as Milda and Triun stay to chat. ^^ The pirate ship and the passenger ship they took have been taken by Lily now, and the three ships float placidly in the Narrow Sea's early morning. * Dylan stands at the rail.. thinking.. Kwuu. . o O ( Oh. Hell. ) * Mitsuo pets Syri absentmindedly, watching the sea roll by from one of the port windows. I think I'm going to go catch a nap...sorry, mom...a bit too exciting for me.. ^^; * Nathan extracts Feray from Triun's notice for the timebeing * Feray grins thankfully at Nathan ^^ * Mikari taps her foot and looks across the bow. [Triun] *Worried look* Oh, my poor daughter! ;_; Go sleep, my dear. It would be so awful if you got a cold from this sea air! Now go rest and don't let me catch you out of bed till nightfall! ;_; Or even next morning! .....g...gah..! * Feray ducks her head and quickly hurries away! ^^; * Jalanda looks to MItsuo. "You may find me below when you are ready." * Mitsuo sighs and feels generally sorry for Feray. * Nathan smiles as Feray retreats ^_^ . o O ( My grandpa and Triun should never, EVER meet. ) * Mikari grins at Feray's antics as she runs away. Mothers, gotta love 'em ^_^ Oh...! Sorry Jalanda...I'll come look for you soon. * Triun snags Nathan's arm. ^_- * Jalanda excuses herself once everyone seems to be settled, and asks one of the crewmembers where she might get cleaned up after her ordeal. She disappears below decks somewhere with a courteous bow...
