Being that the age of the Apocalypse is so long past in such an era, 3230 has produced people with some very unique personalities. One such individual is Radien the Saboteur. But you'd better not call him that... it tends to get him a little bit "irritated."
Radien wanders from pocket to pocket, reaping the benefits of interaction between the various isolated communities. This kind of endeavor proves to have its own share of risks, why is why Radien has become quite adept at mechanical parts with weapons and armor.
