Give Precis a socket wrench and ten feet of steel pipe and you don't want to know what she's gonna come up with. Yes, you too can make your companions nervous and embarrassed with a ridiculously large assortment of combustion engines, steam drills, and explosives!... Also, simillar to Customize, you can use this to make new mechanical weapons and improve upon your old ones.

Unlike the PSX game, though, Machinery does not refer to advanced robotics and computers; it's mostly mechanical. Computers and even more complex technology are all part of the Electronics skill. (Types of inventors like Precis might have both, however)
